Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or Social Science
BSc Degree or similar with an emphasis on Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
Minimum of 6 years of working experience
Proven experience in the manufacturing industry is required
Knowledge of Windows operating system
Knowledge of Personal computer software
Knowledge of Quantitative Methods
Knowledge of Web design
Knowledge of Networking systems
Experience with Oracle
Experience with SAGE 300 People System
Experience with Paterson System of Job Evaluation System
