HOUSEKEEPING SUPERVISOR @ FARM OF DREAMS LODGE
The Housekeeping Supervisor will oversee housekeeping operations, ensuring guest rooms and lodge facilities meet the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and guest satisfaction. This role involves supervising and coordinating daily housekeeping activities, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and to high standards, and performing other duties assigned by management to maintain the overall cleanliness and appeal of the lodge.
Key Requirements
Certificate or Diploma in Hospitality Management
Certificate or Diploma in Housekeeping
Certificate or Diploma in a related field
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a housekeeping supervisory role within a hotel, lodge, or hospitality environment
Previous supervisory experience is an added advantage
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
High attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
Ability to train and motivate housekeeping staff
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment
