Falcon Services is hiring a dedicated Storekeeper for a long-term project in Tanzania. This position involves managing the warehouse environment, ensuring optimal stock levels, and overseeing the receipt and issuance of materials to support ongoing operations. The successful candidate will play a critical role in maintaining logistical efficiency and supporting the procurement and production teams.
Key responsibilities include inspecting incoming materials, executing authorized material requisitions, and ensuring all stock records remain accurate and up-to-date. The role requires rigorous adherence to inventory control processes, physical stock counting, and reconciliation to prevent discrepancies. Compensation includes a base salary of Tshs 1,500,000 to 2,000,000 per month plus an additional allowance of 260,000 for food.

Key Requirements
Previous factory or warehouse experience.
Strong inventory control and record-keeping skills.
Computer literacy with ERP or inventory software experience.
Ability to inspect and record incoming materials accurately.
Capability to maintain organized and identifiable storage systems.
Proficiency in monitoring minimum stock levels and replenishment needs.
Excellent communication skills for cross-departmental coordination.
Strong attention to detail for regular physical stock counts.
Integrity in maintaining documentation for all stock movements.
Ability to work in a fast-paced industrial or factory environment.
