PLANT MAINTENANCE ENGINEER MANAGER @ FALCON SERVICES
The Plant Maintenance Engineer Manager provides hands-on leadership in managing industrial maintenance and automated production equipment. This role is crucial for developing and implementing preventive and predictive maintenance programs to ensure high machine reliability and uptime. The manager will diagnose mechanical and equipment faults and analyze breakdowns to implement effective corrective actions.
This position also involves planning scheduled maintenance shutdowns and managing critical spare-parts inventory to minimize unplanned downtime. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in improving overall machine reliability through proactive maintenance strategies. The position offers a monthly salary range of TZS 3,900,000 to 5,200,000, plus a monthly food allowance of TZS 260,000, and includes free accommodation.

Key Requirements
Strong, hands-on maintenance leadership experience.
Prior experience in FMCG, beverage, or industrial manufacturing environments.
Proven track record in troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.
Ability to diagnose complex mechanical and automated equipment faults.
Expertise in developing and implementing predictive maintenance programs.
Experience in managing spare-parts inventory and maintenance shutdowns.
Knowledge of industrial automation and production equipment.
Strong analytical skills for breakdown analysis.
