JUNIOR STAFF (JUNIOR ENGINEER) @ FALCON SERVICES
Falcon Services is looking for Junior Staff members, specifically Junior Engineers, to support our growing food and beverage manufacturing operations in Tanzania. As a Junior Staff member, you will assist in the day-to-day quality operations, including maintaining quality records, performing product testing, and ensuring strict adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). You will work closely with the QC team to investigate non-conformances and implement corrective actions, ensuring that our manufacturing standards are consistently met. This role provides a salary range of USD 2,600,000 - 3,100,000 (local currency adjustment advised) plus a monthly food allowance of 260,000.

Key Requirements
Degree or diploma in Engineering or related field
Experience as Junior engineers within F&B manufacturing industry
Strong understanding of quality records and specifications
Ability to perform product testing and analysis
Knowledge of hygiene and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
Attention to detail for investigating non-conformances
Ability to work in a collaborative manufacturing team
Commitment to maintaining high quality standards
Willingness to learn and execute corrective/preventive actions
Strong communication skills for reporting production issues
