HEAD OF QUALITY CONTROL (QC) @ FALCON SERVICES
Falcon Services is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Quality Control (QC) to join our team in Tanzania for a long-term project. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all quality control operations within our manufacturing facilities, ensuring that our products meet the highest industry standards. You will lead the QC department, manage laboratory operations, and drive continuous improvement across all production processes.
Key responsibilities include developing and enforcing robust quality control procedures, supervising laboratory and inspection staff, and monitoring raw materials, production, and finished goods. You will also be tasked with maintaining quality records, ensuring regulatory compliance, and training staff on essential quality protocols. This position offers a competitive salary range of Tshs 5,200,000 - 6,500,000 per month, plus a food allowance of 260,000.

Key Requirements
Relevant QC/QA experience within beverage or FMCG manufacturing
Proven experience managing a QC team and laboratory operations
Ability to develop and enforce quality control procedures
Strong knowledge of laboratory inspection activities
Experience monitoring raw materials and production processes
Familiarity with GMP and food safety standards
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent documentation and analytical skills
Capability to conduct regulatory compliance audits
Proficiency in training staff on quality requirements
