FALCON HR CONSULTING PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking an Electrical Engineer for a long-term industrial project in Tanzania. This role involves working within a manufacturing environment where you will be responsible for the continuous operation and maintenance of electrical systems, ensuring minimal downtime and peak efficiency for all production machinery. The position offers free accommodation and is part of a direct client recruitment project. We are looking for a dedicated professional to handle industrial electrical infrastructure, including motors, control panels, and automation hardware to support our plant operations. Successful candidates will be expected to maintain high standards of safety while working closely with production and maintenance teams to ensure all electrical systems comply with industry regulations. The salary range for this position is 3,900,000 to 5,200,000 Tshs Per month plus food.
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
Proven industrial manufacturing experience.
Advanced knowledge of PLCs, VFDs, and motors.
Ability to troubleshoot industrial electrical faults.
Competence in maintaining control panels and sensors.
Experience with preventive maintenance protocols.
Proficiency in reading and updating electrical drawings.
Strong understanding of industrial electrical safety standards.
Experience supporting automated production machinery.
Excellent record-keeping and documentation skills.
