In this role, you will be responsible for creating high-end architectural visuals that bring conceptual designs to life. The position requires a detail-oriented professional capable of producing stunning, photorealistic imagery that aligns with the company's vision for luxury real estate projects. Your primary objective will be to turn complex briefs into visual masterpieces that resonate with clients and stakeholders alike.Your daily tasks will involve transforming AutoCAD drawings into precise 3D models and developing intricate interior spaces, including furniture, fixtures, and joinery. You will work collaboratively with the design team to perfect lighting and scene composition, ensuring every visual element is optimized for realism and impact. Key Requirements
2–4 years of professional experience in 3D visualization
Strong expertise in 3ds Max software
Proficiency in SketchUp for modeling
A high-quality portfolio reflecting realism in lighting and textures
Ability to transform AutoCAD drawings into precise 3D models
Experience developing interior spaces including furniture and fixtures
Skill in creating detailed joinery and architectural details
Ability to collaborate effectively on scene composition
Advanced understanding of photorealistic rendering techniques
Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills
