Key Requirements
Proven experience as an HSE Officer within the construction or real estate industry.
Hands-on experience in implementing HSE compliance and safety management systems.
Demonstrated ability to perform comprehensive site risk assessments.
Familiarity with UAE safety regulations and standards such as OSHAD or NEBOSH.
Ability to manage and oversee site safety for large-scale infrastructure projects.
Strong analytical skills for investigating workplace accidents and incidents.
Proficiency in conducting regular safety audits and site inspections.
Excellent communication skills for delivering safety training and reporting.
Capacity to develop and update emergency response and evacuation plans.
