Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
Professional certification such as ACCA or ICAN
Strong background in financial strategy and leadership
Experience in driving profitability and financial sustainability
Proficiency in accounting software and financial reporting
Proven experience in budget management and auditing
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
