We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive specializing in ERP software to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have 3–4 years of experience driving business growth within the software sector and will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation. You will work on-site to build strong relationships with B2B clients and provide tailored solutions across various business functions including HR, Finance, Inventory, and CRM systems.

Key Requirements
2–5 years of ERP or Software sales experience.
Proven track record in B2B sales environments.
Strong lead generation and prospect qualification skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Target-driven mindset with a history of hitting quotas.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Previous experience within the UAE market is an advantage.
Ability to conduct high-level consultative sales meetings.
Proficiency in presenting complex software solutions to stakeholders.
Understanding of business processes like Finance, Inventory, and CRM.
