FINANCIAL CONTROLLER @ FADAC RESOURCES
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Financial Controller to join a fast-paced FMCG company located in Lagos. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations, ensuring strict regulatory compliance, and driving the accuracy of financial reporting to support business growth. This role involves managing budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes, while monitoring cash flow and profitability to optimize performance.
In addition to operational oversight, the Financial Controller will manage internal and external audits, develop robust internal controls, and provide actionable financial insights to the executive team. The role requires a leader who can supervise finance team operations and champion continuous improvement within the department. Candidates will be expected to maintain high levels of integrity and accountability while thriving in a high-pressure environment typical of the FMCG sector.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Mandatory ACA or ACCA professional certification
Minimum of 5 to 8 years of professional experience in finance or accounting
Proven experience within the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) industry
In-depth knowledge of financial reporting standards and budgeting processes
Advanced proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel
Strong analytical, leadership, and interpersonal communication skills
Expertise in taxation regulations and internal control implementation
Strategic mindset with a high degree of commercial awareness
Ability to maintain high levels of integrity and accountability in a fast-paced environment
