Key Requirements
Proven professional experience in estate surveying and valuation
Strong knowledge of real estate market analysis and property valuation
Membership with professional bodies like NIESV or ESVARBON
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Proficiency in using valuation software and digital tools
Ability to conduct comprehensive site inspections and property appraisals
Strong understanding of property laws and regulations in Nigeria
Capability to prepare detailed valuation reports for various purposes
High level of integrity and professional ethics
Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word
