PRODUCTION MANAGER – WINE & WHISKY MANUFACTURING @ EXPERT RECRUITMENTS
Expert Recruitments is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Manager to oversee and lead end-to-end operations at our Wine & Whisky manufacturing facility located in Kibaha, Tanzania. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire production cycle, from fermentation and spirits blending to bottling, capping, labeling, and packaging, ensuring that all processes meet high standards of productivity and quality excellence.
In this role, you will develop and execute comprehensive production plans, optimize manufacturing efficiency, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to minimize downtime. You will also be tasked with ensuring strict compliance with GMP, HACCP, and international food safety standards while leading and mentoring production teams to maintain a safe and high-performing workplace. This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 1,500 – 2,000 per month.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Fermentation Technology, Beverage Technology, Chemistry, or Chemical Engineering.
8–12 years of professional experience in alcoholic beverage manufacturing.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a Production Manager or equivalent leadership role.
Hands-on experience in wine fermentation and whisky/spirits blending processes.
Expertise in operating and managing bottling, filling, and packaging lines.
Strong knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and food safety regulatory requirements.
Proven ability to manage production planning, cost control, and manufacturing KPIs.
Excellent leadership, interpersonal communication, and complex problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in monitoring and reporting on production performance metrics.
Willingness to relocate to and work on-site in Kibaha, Tanzania.
