STORE SUPERVISOR @ EXPERT CONSULTANCY
Expert Consultancy is seeking a responsible, organized, and detail-oriented Store Supervisor to join our team in West Kilimanjaro, Tanzania. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily store and warehouse operations, ensuring efficient inventory control, and managing stock movement. The successful candidate will provide strong leadership to store assistants, maintain high standards of workplace safety, and ensure all inventory records are meticulously managed to prevent discrepancies.
This role requires close collaboration with the procurement and accounts departments to maintain optimal stock levels and report on warehouse activities. You will play a crucial role in maintaining store cleanliness, implementing safety protocols, and conducting regular audits to verify stock accuracy. Key Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Procurement, Logistics, or related field
2-3 years of experience in stores or inventory operations
Proven experience in a supervisory role
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and computer literacy
Excellent organizational and record-keeping skills
Demonstrated leadership and communication abilities
High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail
Ability to work independently under pressure
Knowledge of safety and procedure compliance
Strong problem-solving skills for inventory discrepancy investigations
