PRIVATE DRIVER @ EXPERT CONSULTANCY
Expert Consultancy is seeking a dedicated and professional Private Driver to provide safe and reliable transportation for a family in Arusha. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving clients in a clean, well-maintained private vehicle while adhering strictly to company policies and traffic laws. Beyond driving, the role involves greeting clients courteously, assisting with luggage, and ensuring the overall safety and comfort of passengers at all times. The salary for this position is TZS 350,000 per month.
Daily duties include performing regular vehicle checks before and after trips, maintaining the interior and exterior cleanliness of the car, and keeping track of vehicle insurance and registration renewals. The driver is also required to maintain a detailed daily log of destinations, kilometers, and time. This position requires a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holiday shifts, ensuring that the family's transportation needs are met promptly and professionally.

Key Requirements
Must be aged between 45 and 55 years old.
At least 5 years of professional driving experience with a clean driving record.
Must possess current Class C1, C2, and C3 Tanzania driving licenses.
Ability to drive manual or stick shift vehicles efficiently.
Familiarity with electronic devices such as smartphones and tablets for navigation.
Consistent punctuality with dependable attendance patterns.
Excellent time management skills and ability to follow written instructions.
Deep knowledge of driving routes and key destinations especially in Arusha.
Physical ability to sit for extended periods and lift luggage up to 25kgs.
Ability to maintain a calm nature in a fast-paced and high-pressured environment.
