Key Requirements
Minimum of 4 years of professional recruitment experience
Proven track record in end-to-end talent acquisition processes
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build and manage professional relationships
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
Strong understanding of the Tanzanian labor market
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Demonstrated capability in conducting behavioral interviews
Commitment to maintaining candidate confidentiality and professional ethics
