You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and facilitating interviews to support our strategic staffing goals. Key Requirements
At least 4 years of direct recruitment experience
Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities
Knowledge of sourcing strategies and headhunting techniques
Experience in managing high-volume recruitment pipelines
Expertise in candidate engagement and retention
Strong analytical skills for evaluating applicant backgrounds
Ability to maintain high performance in a fast-paced environment
Deep familiarity with Tanzanian professional standards
Proficiency in office productivity tools and digital communication platforms
Professionalism and a collaborative approach to teamwork
