DOCUMENTATION OFFICER - CLEARING & FORWARDING @ EXPAGRO
ExpAgro is looking for a qualified, organized, and detail-oriented Documentation Officer - Clearing & Forwarding to support the clearing, forwarding, logistics, and export operations of our company. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all customs, shipping, commercial, and regulatory documentation is accurately prepared, processed, and submitted to facilitate the smooth export of our products.
You will coordinate the preparation of invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and Bills of Lading, ensuring all information is correct and compliant with international shipping regulations. This role requires close collaboration with logistics teams, government authorities, and shipping lines to ensure the timely and accurate movement of agricultural commodities for export.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Clearing and Forwarding, Logistics, International Trade, or a related field.
Professional certification in Customs Clearing and Forwarding is highly desirable.
At least 3 years of experience in clearing and forwarding or logistics documentation.
Comprehensive knowledge of customs procedures, import/export regulations, and port operations.
Experience preparing and processing Bills of Lading, Certificates of Origin, and commercial invoices.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure to meet shipping deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in logistics software and MS Office Suite.
Strong interpersonal skills to coordinate effectively with customs officials and shipping lines.
Ability to maintain accurate digital and physical records for regulatory compliance.
