SENIOR MANAGER – MIS & HR OPERATIONS REPORTING @ EXL
EXL is seeking a Senior Manager for MIS & HR Operations Reporting based in Cape Town, South Africa. This role is designed for a data-driven storyteller who can bridge the gap between human resources data and strategic business decisions. The successful candidate will be responsible for transforming complex HR data into actionable insights, ensuring that numbers make sense to stakeholders across the organization. Key Requirements
At least 3 years of experience in MIS, data analysis, or HR reporting roles.
Advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas and pivot tables.
High proficiency in Power BI for building dashboards and data visualization.
Strong understanding of HR metrics and overall human resources operations.
Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret large datasets.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities for senior leadership reporting.
