ASSISTANT MANAGER – SUPPLY CHAIN @ EXIM BANK TANZANIA
Exim Bank Tanzania is looking for an Assistant Manager – Supply Chain to join our Corporate & Institutional Banking (CIB) department. The purpose of this role is to develop, structure, and execute Supply Chain Financing (SCF) programs. You will be responsible for originating anchor-led programs, onboarding suppliers and distributors, and ensuring the quality of the credit portfolio.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in corporate banking and trade finance. You will work closely with stakeholders to manage anchor relationships, structure financing solutions including invoice discounting, and digitize trade processes to improve efficiency and risk control.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking, Economics, or Business Administration
3–5 years of experience in Corporate Banking, Transaction Banking, or Trade Finance
Deep understanding of credit analysis and working capital solutions
Ability to structure and manage Supply Chain Financing (SCF) programs
Strong knowledge of trade documentation and legal agreements
Proficiency in monitoring portfolio health and DPD metrics
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Experience in onboarding corporate anchors and distributors
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial modeling
MBA, ACCA, or CFA qualification is considered an added advantage
