RELATIONSHIP MANAGER @ EXIM BANK
Exim Bank is looking for a dedicated and experienced Relationship Manager to join our team at the Dodoma branch. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, fostering long-term relationships, and driving business growth by identifying and meeting client needs through various financial products and services. You will act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their banking requirements are met with high standards of professionalism and efficiency.
The role involves proactive business development, conducting market research, and staying updated on industry trends to provide expert advice to clients. You will work closely with other bank departments to ensure seamless service delivery and high levels of customer satisfaction while adhering to the bank's policies and regulatory requirements. The candidate must be adept at identifying cross-selling opportunities and maintaining the health of the credit portfolio in the Dodoma region.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Relationship Manager or in a similar sales/customer service role within the banking sector.
Strong understanding of banking products, services, and market dynamics.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client rapport.
Ability to analyze financial data and provide strategic recommendations to clients.
Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
Target-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
Proficiency in banking software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Knowledge of local regulatory and compliance standards in Tanzania.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
High level of integrity and professional ethics.
