RELATIONSHIP MANAGER - 1 POSITION @ EXIM BANK
Exim Bank is seeking a dedicated and results-oriented Relationship Manager to join our Dodoma Branch team. The primary focus of this role is to build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with our clients by understanding their unique financial requirements and providing them with appropriate banking products and services. You will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio, identifying new business opportunities, and contributing to the bank's overall growth strategy within the Dodoma region. This position requires a strategic thinker who can provide expert financial advice while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Relationship Manager or in a similar customer-facing role within the banking sector.
In-depth knowledge of banking products, services, and local financial regulations.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address client needs effectively.
Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators.
Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Deep understanding of the local market dynamics and business environment in Dodoma.
Strong commitment to professional ethics and high levels of integrity.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.
