EXIM BANK is currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented professional to join our team as an Officer - Portfolio Monitoring & ESG Compliance. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the bank's credit portfolio, ensuring strict adherence to environmental, social, and governance (ESG) standards, and providing analytical support to mitigate institutional risk.
This role requires an individual who is passionate about sustainable finance and robust risk management frameworks. You will work closely with various departments to monitor investment activities, ensure compliance with national and international regulations, and contribute to the bank's commitment to responsible banking practices in Tanzania.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in credit risk management or portfolio monitoring.
Deep understanding of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) frameworks.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
Proficiency in banking software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities efficiently.
Knowledge of local banking regulations and international compliance standards.
Strong ethical standards and attention to detail.
Ability to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
