Key Requirements
2–5 years of automotive workshop experience (mandatory).
Proven leadership and team management skills.
Ability to oversee daily workshop operations and staff.
Strong coordination skills for parts and technician allocation.
Expertise in managing workshop throughput and efficiency.
Ability to mentor junior technicians and staff.
Knowledge of performance metrics and KPIs for workshops.
Strong conflict resolution skills.
Advanced technical knowledge of luxury or high-end vehicles.
