PARTS ADVISOR @ EXEED UAE
EXEED UAE, under Al Ghurair Motors, is looking for a knowledgeable Parts Advisor to manage our inventory and support the service department. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, ordering, and managing the distribution of automotive parts across our sites in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Sharjah. This role requires a detailed understanding of automotive components and the ability to work effectively with both technicians and external suppliers to ensure repair timelines are met. The Parts Advisor will play a key role in maintaining inventory accuracy and optimizing stock levels for our growing service team. We are looking for individuals who can provide exceptional support and demonstrate a proactive approach to parts management. Key Requirements
2–5 years of automotive workshop experience (mandatory).
Extensive knowledge of automotive spare parts and accessories.
Proficiency in parts cataloging and inventory systems.
Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
Ability to source parts from external suppliers.
Strong organizational skills for warehouse management.
Ability to assist technicians with parts identification.
Experience in managing purchase orders and invoices.
Detail-oriented tracking of inventory levels.
Strong communication skills for vendor management.
