The successful candidate will act as a vital link between our customers and the workshop, ensuring a seamless communication process regarding vehicle repairs, maintenance schedules, and service recommendations. This role is essential for maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency within our service department.
We are conducting walk-in interviews on the 12th of April 2026, from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM. The venue is located at EXEED, Al Ghurair Motors on Al Ittihad Road. We are hiring for positions across multiple locations, including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Sharjah. Key Requirements
2-5 years automotive workshop experience mandatory.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong technical knowledge of vehicle components and maintenance.
Ability to explain complex technical issues to non-technical customers.
Proficiency in automotive service management software.
Proven track record in customer service excellence.
High level of organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented approach to service documentation and invoicing.
