DIRECTOR OF PROJECT MANAGEMENT INFRASTRUCTURE @ EXECUTIVE HIRING OPERATIONS
A leading engineering and infrastructure development organization is seeking an accomplished Director of Project Management to lead large-scale project portfolios and oversee strategic project delivery across complex infrastructure and energy developments. This executive leadership role will drive project governance, operational efficiency, and successful execution of multi-million-dollar programs across regional and international markets. The Director of Project Management will oversee the full project lifecycle—from strategic planning and resource allocation to execution and delivery—ensuring projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with global standards. Compensation for this role is AED 55,000 – 80,000 per month depending on project portfolio scope.
The role requires strong leadership in managing cross-functional project teams, contractors, and key stakeholders. Key responsibilities include managing EPC contractors, consultants, and project delivery teams while ensuring compliance with international quality, safety, and governance standards. The role demands strong leadership in managing cross-functional project teams and monitoring project KPIs. Key Requirements
14+ years of professional experience in project management.
Proven experience managing large infrastructure, energy, or EPC projects.
Strong leadership in managing multi-disciplinary teams.
Expertise in project governance, budgeting, and strategic planning.
Experience with international project standards and compliance frameworks.
Excellent stakeholder management and executive reporting capability.
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
PMP (Project Management Professional) certification preferred.
Master’s Degree in Project Management or Business Administration is advantageous.
Proficiency in monitoring project KPIs and performance metrics.
Ability to lead project review meetings with senior stakeholders.
Experience driving cost optimization and operational efficiency.
