SENIOR SOFTWARE ENGINEER @ EXECUTIVE CAREER CONSULTANT

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our team in Germany on a remote or hybrid basis. The annual salary range for this position is $80,000 – $150,000 USD equivalent, localized to the specific region. Benefits include a performance bonus of 10–20%, comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage, and over 25 paid vacation days plus local holidays. We also provide a professional development budget of $5,000 per year and relocation support for eligible roles. This position is open to candidates who are authorized to work in Germany and have a strong command of the English language.

Key Requirements
6+ years of relevant experience in software engineering
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Fluent English (local language skills a plus)
Legal authorization to work in Germany
Strong proficiency in backend programming languages like Python, Java, or Go
Experience with cloud infrastructure such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
Proven track record of designing and implementing scalable system architectures
Ability to mentor junior engineers and lead technical projects
Expertise in modern software development methodologies like Agile and Scrum
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a hybrid environment
