PROJECT MANAGER (ENGINEERING/OPS) @ EXECUTIVE CAREER CONSULTANT
The Project Manager will oversee complex projects within the Operations and Engineering department, ensuring that objectives are met on time and within budget. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage supply chain logistics, and implement quality assurance protocols. This role requires a strategic thinker who can navigate complex operational challenges in a global business environment.
This position offers a base salary between $100k and $180k USD per annum plus a bonus. Total compensation includes comprehensive health insurance, paid time off (PTO), and a remote work stipend. Key Requirements
Minimum of 2+ years of experience in project management.
Legal right to work in Germany.
English proficiency at B2+ level.
Certification in PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent is highly desirable.
Proven experience with project management software like Jira or Asana.
Strong leadership and team-building capabilities.
Experience managing budgets and resource allocation.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
Analytical mindset with a focus on operational efficiency.
