FINANCIAL ANALYST @ EXECUTIVE CAREER CONSULTANT
Our finance department is seeking a Financial Analyst to support operations in the UAE. You will play a critical role in financial planning, risk assessment, and performance analysis. This position involves working with international teams to optimize business development strategies and ensure fiscal responsibility across our various technology and engineering projects. The annual salary range for this position is $80,000 – $150,000 USD equivalent, localized for the UAE. We provide a competitive benefits package including a 10–20% performance bonus, local health insurance plans, and over 25 days of paid annual leave. Additionally, we offer a $5,000 yearly budget for professional development and relocation assistance for eligible candidates. Fluent English and work authorization in the UAE are mandatory.

Key Requirements
3+ years of relevant experience in finance or accounting
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related business field
Fluent English proficiency
Authorization to work in the UAE
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling software
Strong analytical skills with an eye for detail
Knowledge of international accounting standards and local regulations
Experience in preparing financial reports and presentations for management
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Strong ethical standards and commitment to data integrity
