FINANCIAL ANALYST @ EXECUTIVE CAREER CONSULTANT
We are hiring a Financial Analyst to support our operations in the UAE. You will play a vital role in financial planning, budgeting, and performance analysis, ensuring our organization maintains its fast-paced growth and financial stability. This role requires a professional who can navigate the complexities of international finance and provide clear, data-backed financial guidance. You will collaborate with global teams to align local financial strategies with our overall organizational vision. Salary range: $80,000 – $150,000 USD equivalent (localized). Benefits include localized health coverage, performance bonuses, and more than 25 days of paid vacation. We support our staff's professional journey with a $5,000 annual development budget. Key Requirements
3+ years of experience in financial analysis or a related role.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
Fluent English; knowledge of local languages is a plus.
Authorization to work in the UAE.
Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling software.
Strong understanding of international financial reporting standards.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple financial projects simultaneously.
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in reporting.
