This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $150,000 USD, which is paid in your local currency at fair market conversion rates. Beyond the base pay, we provide a 4-day work week for select teams, unlimited paid time off with a minimum of 20 days enforced, and various stipends for your home office setup and co-working expenses. You will also participate in annual team retreats held in various global locations. Key Requirements
At least 2 years of professional experience in cloud architecture or related roles.
A reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
Legal right to work in Ireland as a resident.
English proficiency at a B2 level or higher for global communication.
A strong self-starter mindset with the ability to manage tasks independently.
Expertise in designing and deploying scalable cloud solutions.
Experience working within a remote-first or distributed team structure.
Familiarity with technologies in AI, digital health, or green energy sectors.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to solve complex technical challenges.
Commitment to participating in annual team retreats and collaborative sessions.
