Key Requirements
Bachelor
ess Degree in Accounting, BCom Accounting, or a related field.
CPA(T) is mandatory.
1–2 years of relevant work experience.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Willingness and ability to relocate to Morogoro.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
