Key Requirements
Must have CPA (T) certification
3 to 5 years of professional experience in Accounting and Finance
Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
Strong understanding of Tanzania tax laws and regulations
Experience in managing payroll and staff reimbursements
Ability to prepare accurate monthly financial reports
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
High level of integrity and professional ethics
Excellent communication skills for cross-departmental coordination
