Key Requirements
3-5 years of experience as a Safety Officer
Strong knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations
Ability to conduct comprehensive risk assessments and implement control measures
Experience in developing and delivering engaging safety training programs
Proficiency in incident investigation and reporting procedures
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for various stakeholders
Ability to ensure strict compliance with all safety policies and procedures
Relevant certification (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH) or equivalent
