EXACT MAN power LTD is seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Accountant to join its team within the Transport, Logistics, and Supply Chain industry. This role is based in Morogoro, Tanzania, and requires a professional capable of managing complex financial operations within a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the integrity of financial data and supporting the organization's growth through meticulous record-keeping and strategic financial monitoring.
The primary duties include maintaining accurate financial records for logistics and shipping transactions, processing supplier invoices, and managing client invoicing. The Accountant will also monitor cash flow, prepare comprehensive monthly and annual financial reports, and ensure full compliance with tax and statutory requirements. This position offers an opportunity for a finance professional to apply their expertise in a dynamic logistics setting while collaborating with various departments to optimize operational costs and maintain proper financial documentation for audits.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
3–5 years of professional accounting experience, preferably in logistics or shipping.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
Proficiency in accounting software and modern ERP systems.
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel for data analysis and reporting.
Fluency in both English and Swahili for effective communication.
CPA Certification is a distinct added advantage.
Proven ability to maintain accurate financial records for logistics and shipping transactions.
Experience in managing client invoicing and processing supplier payments.
Strong understanding of tax and statutory compliance requirements in Tanzania.
Ability to support internal and external audits effectively.
Excellent time management skills to meet reporting deadlines.
