SALES ASSOCIATE (INDOOR) – CARPETS @ EXACT MAN POWER LIMITED
Exact Man Power Limited is recruiting for the position of Indoor Sales Associate specializing in carpets. These positions are available for reputable companies operating in Dodoma and Mwanza. As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of the showroom, assisting customers in selecting the perfect carpeting solutions for their homes or businesses. You will provide detailed product information and ensure a premium shopping experience for every visitor.
Your responsibilities will include maintaining the showroom display, processing transactions, and following up on customer inquiries. This role requires individuals who are passionate about home decor and possess the sales acumen needed to meet targets in a retail environment. Please note that work locations include both Dodoma and Mwanza regions.

Key Requirements
Previous experience in retail sales or showroom environments.
Passion for home interior design and floor coverings.
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
Basic computer literacy for processing sales and inventory tasks.
Ability to explain technical specifications of different carpet materials.
Excellent verbal communication skills in Swahili and English.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Strong closing skills and the ability to upsell related products.
Availability to work during standard retail hours, including weekends.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in sales is a plus.
