GERMAN-SPEAKING CLAIMS HANDLERS @ EURO-CENTER CAPE TOWN
Euro-Center Cape Town is seeking dedicated German-speaking Claims Handlers to join our expanding international team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and processing insurance claims, ensuring high-quality service for our global clients. Key Requirements
Proficiency in German (B2 to native level).
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication and people-focused skills.
Previous experience in claims handling or insurance preferred.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
Proficiency in English for internal communication.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Computer literacy and familiarity with case management software.
Problem-solving skills and ability to handle complex claims.
Availability to start on 15 May or 1 June 2026.
