Key Requirements
Proficiency in German (B2 to native level).
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to coordinate medical or travel assistance services.
Strong problem-solving abilities in high-pressure situations.
Multicultural awareness and experience working with international clients.
High level of empathy and customer-centric approach.
Proficiency in English language.
Capability to work shifts if required in a 24/7 assistance environment.
Good administrative and documentation skills.
Availability to start on 1 June 2026.
