ESNAN DENTAL TURKISH CLINIC is seeking a skilled and dedicated Dental Nurse to join our professional dental care team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality chairside assistance to our dentists, ensuring that all patients receive excellent care during their visits. You will play a vital role in the daily operations of the clinic, from preparing treatment rooms to maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and sterilization.
In addition to clinical duties, the Dental Nurse will interact directly with patients, helping to manage their comfort and understanding of various dental procedures. We are looking for a professional who is detail-oriented, compassionate, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment. The role involves working with a variety of insurance providers, including Jubilee and Britam, to facilitate patient treatments and ensure a seamless administrative process.

Key Requirements
At least 3 years of professional experience in a dental clinic environment.
Possession of a valid nursing license or relevant dental nursing certification.
Proficiency in four-handed dentistry and providing efficient chairside assistance.
Comprehensive knowledge of dental instruments, materials, and sterilization procedures.
Ability to prepare and maintain treatment rooms to the highest clinical standards.
Excellent communication skills to interact with patients and explain post-treatment care.
Experience in taking and developing dental X-rays and managing imaging equipment.
Strong organizational skills for managing patient records and clinical supplies.
Familiarity with health and safety regulations and infection control protocols.
Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team of dental specialists.
