Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Education or Biology
Subject matter expertise in high school Biology
Strong presentation and instructional design skills
Effective student behavior management
Good communication skills with staff and parents
Dedication to supporting a Christian-based curriculum
High degree of professional discipline
Enthusiasm for student-centered learning
Experience with modern assessment tools
Requirement to provide a church/parish recommendation letter
