FINANCE MANAGER @ ERICK MAINGI
A leading manufacturing company in Nairobi is currently looking for a dedicated and hands-on Finance Manager to oversee their financial operations. This role is ideal for a professional with extensive experience in manufacturing accounting, product costing, and financial management. The successful candidate will be tasked with preparing and analyzing comprehensive MIS reports, including sales and stock reports, and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of all accounting systems while maintaining compliance with statutory requirements.
The Finance Manager will also manage treasury functions, oversee bank loans, and handle forex management. Responsibilities extend to monitoring manufacturing processes, reconciling production data, and supervising the finance and accounting team. Furthermore, the role involves managing payroll, supporting external audit processes, and strengthening internal controls to ensure organizational efficiency. The salary for this position is between KES 200,000 and KES 250,000.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
CPA-K / ACCA / CIMA qualification is mandatory.
At least 5 years of experience in finance with 3 years in a managerial role.
Strong experience within a manufacturing environment is a must-have requirement.
Expertise in costing, inventory accounting, and production reporting.
Proven experience working with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Dynamics.
Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
Comprehensive understanding of Kenyan tax and financial regulations.
Ability to manage debtors and creditors including follow-ups and planning.
Proficiency in treasury functions, bank loan management, and forex oversight.
