TRANSFORMER – FIELD SUPERVISOR @ ERGG TECH
ERGG Tech is seeking a highly skilled Transformer Field Supervisor to lead on-site activities across the USA. This position involves overseeing the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of high-voltage transformers, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest engineering standards. You will be expected to lead field crews effectively, maintaining a strong focus on safety protocols and operational efficiency at every site location. As a key representative of ERGG Tech, you will coordinate closely with both internal teams and external customers to facilitate smooth project execution. The role requires a strong understanding of high-voltage electrical equipment and the ability to manage complex field operations. We provide support for H-1B transfers and offer specific visa sponsorship for citizens of Canada, Australia, and Mexico, ensuring a diverse and talented workforce.
Key Requirements
Experience in transformer field work or high-voltage equipment.
Strong leadership skills and team management experience.
In-depth knowledge of field safety and work practices.
Ability to supervise installation and commissioning processes.
Coordination experience with customers and internal project teams.
Eligibility for US work authorization including Citizen or Green Card holders.
Technical expertise in high-voltage electrical systems and diagnostics.
Proficiency in interpreting electrical drawings and technical schematics.
Willingness to travel extensively to various field locations across the country.
Excellent communication and reporting skills for project documentation.
