DIRECTOR OF ASSET MANAGEMENT - MULTIFAMILY @ EQUITY SEARCH PARTNERS
This position offers a unique opportunity to join a vertically integrated multifamily investment firm currently managing nearly $2 billion in assets under management (AUM). The firm specializes in value-add acquisitions and has shown impressive growth, having deployed approximately $500 million over the past two years. As the Director of Asset Management, you will be part of a lean, high-performing 10-person team where every member is intimately involved in deal flow, strategy development, and high-level decision-making processes.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field.
Minimum 7-10 years of professional experience in multifamily asset management.
Strong track record in executing value-add acquisition and renovation strategies.
Experience managing large-scale portfolios with Assets Under Management (AUM) exceeding $1 billion.
Proficiency in advanced financial modeling, underwriting, and budget management.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a lean, fast-paced, and highly hands-on environment.
Deep understanding of multifamily real estate market trends and property operations.
