MANAGER PUBLIC SECTOR @ EQUITY BANK TANZANIA TEAM
Equity Bank Tanzania is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager Public Sector to lead our engagements with government entities and public organizations. This role is crucial for fostering strong relationships, understanding the unique financial needs of the public sector, and driving the bank's growth in this vital segment. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of public finance, regulatory frameworks, and have a proven track record in securing and managing relationships with public institutions.
As the Manager Public Sector, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to expand our public sector portfolio. This includes identifying new business opportunities, developing tailored financial solutions, and ensuring compliance with all relevant policies and procedures. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to deliver exceptional service and contribute to the bank's overall strategic objectives.

Key Requirements
Proven experience in public sector client management and engagement
Strong understanding of public financial regulations and procurement processes
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to develop and maintain high-level client relationships
Strategic thinking and business development acumen to identify and pursue new opportunities
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field
Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities
Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting
Extensive experience within the banking or financial services industry
Ability to work under pressure and consistently meet targets
