Key Requirements
Extensive experience in both corporate and public sector banking
Proven track record in client acquisition, retention, and portfolio growth
In-depth knowledge of banking products, services, and credit processes
Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales and business development targets
Strong analytical skills for financial statement analysis and credit risk assessment
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related discipline
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
Familiarity with the Zanzibar business and regulatory environment
Strategic planning and execution capabilities to drive market share
Proficiency in CRM software and sales reporting tools
