Equity Bank Tanzania is seeking a highly motivated Manager Corporate & Public Sector for our Dodoma branch. This crucial role involves developing and managing relationships with corporate clients and public sector entities within the Dodoma region. The successful candidate will be instrumental in expanding our market presence, identifying new business opportunities, and offering tailored financial solutions that meet the diverse needs of our clients.
Your primary responsibilities will include driving business growth through strategic client engagement, cross-selling banking products, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. You will also be responsible for risk management, compliance with internal policies, and contributing to the overall performance of the branch. A deep understanding of the Dodoma economic landscape and strong networking abilities are vital for this position.

Key Requirements
Proven experience in both corporate and public sector banking, preferably within Dodoma
Demonstrated ability to acquire new clients and grow existing relationships
Comprehensive knowledge of financial products, services, and credit analysis
Track record of consistently meeting and surpassing business development targets
Strong analytical skills to assess client needs and propose appropriate solutions
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and public speaking skills
Deep understanding of the Dodoma business and economic environment
Ability to formulate and execute effective business strategies
Proficiency in using banking software and digital tools
