SENIOR RECOVERY OFFICER – CREDIT (01 POSITION) @ EQUITY BANK TANZANIA
Equity Bank Tanzania is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Recovery Officer – Credit to join its dynamic team. Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in credit recovery or debt management within the banking sector.
Strong understanding of banking laws and regulations regarding debt collection in Tanzania.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills to deal with delinquent borrowers.
Ability to analyze financial statements and assess the repayment capacity of clients.
Proficiency in using banking software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to develop effective recovery strategies.
High level of integrity and professional ethics.
Ability to work under pressure and meet strict recovery targets.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for field visits.
