SENIOR OFFICER – CARD OPERATIONS @ EQUITY BANK TANZANIA
We are looking for a dedicated Senior Officer – Card Operations to oversee the seamless execution of card-related services within Equity Bank Tanzania. The incumbent will be responsible for managing day-to-day card operations, monitoring transaction flows, and ensuring that our card processing systems are performing optimally to serve our customers. This position requires a professional who is passionate about digital financial inclusion and is eager to contribute to the growth of our card services division. The role involves troubleshooting operational issues, coordinating with internal stakeholders, and ensuring that all card operations align with security protocols and regulatory requirements to provide a safe and efficient banking experience.
Key Requirements
Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or relevant field.
Prior experience in card operations or digital payment systems.
Familiarity with EMV standards and payment gateway processing.
Strong operational monitoring skills.
Ability to manage vendor relationships effectively.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Advanced proficiency in banking software and database management.
